Barcelona vs Valencia: Lewandowski Leads Barca to 4-2 Comeback Win

Lewandowski Scores Hat-Trick, Araujo Assists

Robert Lewandowski scored a header from very close range to the center of the goal, assisted by Ronald Araujo following a corner in Monday's match against Valencia. The game, which kicked off at 21:00 CET in Spain, had fans in the UK and Ireland tuning in at 20:00 GMT, while those in the USA were able to catch the action at 15:00 ET.

A Hard-Fought Victory

After trailing 2-1 at halftime, Barcelona fought back in the second half, with Lewandowski scoring all three of his goals within the first 30 minutes of the half. Valencia had scored five penalty goals in the 2023-24 La Liga season, the most in the competition, but were unable to find the net from the spot against Barcelona.

The win moves Barcelona into second place in the La Liga standings, while Valencia remains in 14th place. Lewandowski's hat-trick is his second of the season for Barcelona, and he now leads the La Liga scoring charts with 11 goals.
